Established as the voice of the youth, SK Fairview has a rich heritage of grassroots leadership. We are committed to translating local governance into tangible youth development programs.
Our mission is to cultivate a generation of leaders who are not only aware of civic duties but are actively participating in shaping a progressive, inclusive, and technologically adept barangay. We prioritize education, health, and sustainable livelihoods.
Our Mandate
Under the Local Government Code, the SK is mandated to formulate policies and implement programs for youth development. We hold the responsibility of managing the youth fund transparently for the welfare of the Katipunan ng Kabataan.
