Mental Health Awareness Week
Mental Health Awareness Week is an initiative by the SK Health Committee to address the growing need for mental health support among the youth. The week features daily seminars on topics such as stress management, dealing with anxiety, healthy relationships, and recognizing signs of depression. Free one-on-one counseling sessions are also available with licensed psychologists.

Partner Psychologist Orientation
July 15, 20268 licensed psychologists from the local psychology association confirmed their participation as volunteer counselors. An orientation session was held to align on protocols, referral pathways, and confidentiality guidelines.
Peer Support Training
July 22, 202620 youth volunteers completed a 2-day peer support training. They will serve as peer counselors and first responders during the event, trained in active listening and crisis de-escalation.
